Summary: Okay, the actual story is set 3 years AFTER the BDM, but in the story, Mal's memories go back in time to 1 year after the BDM. Hey, it's for a reason! The reason? *grins* It's a secret.
Disclaimer: I don't own Firefly/Serenity or any characters in them, it all belongs to Joss. The only things I get out of it are wonderful readers and comments.
Author's Note: This is a fluffly/humor piece, so it's probably going to have you going "Awww" and, maybe (depending on your sense of humor) laughing. There's not smut (it's rated R), but there are SMUTTY comments, hence the R rating. Now this short piece was inspired by the song "Head over Feet" by Alanis Morissette.
