Novel-length post-Serenity fic that's spent months on slow boil and finally wrapped itself up yesterday. It's broken up into seven parts, or six journal posts, with links to the next part at the bottom of each. Not a big fan of broken-up fic, but that's the best way I could do it. Hope you enjoy!
Title: A New and Fairer Whole
Author:
shadesofbrixton
Rating: Hard R. Violence. Lots of violence. Lots.
Pairing: Gen. Ships from the show. Subtext galore.
Characters: Full crew.
Disclaimer: No offense intended. Imitation is the highest form of compliment. Everything here belong to Joss, except what doesn't, which belongs to me.
Spoilers: Post-Serenity. The movie, not the episode.
Wordcount: 57,763
Summary: A family is scattered, and an attempt is made to regroup.
Notes: Written for NaNoWriMo 2005, and finished and edited very very slowly over the course of the ensuing months. Additional notes are quite lengthy and follow the story, so as not to spoil anything.
