Author's Note: A couple months ago I tried to imagine how the world looked from River's POV during her darkest, most mentally fragmented day in the TV series. This was the result. WARNING: There's a clear flow of events here from morning to night but it's seen through the filter of River's mind, thus a bit confusing.
