I have NO IDEA if I'm allowed to do this or not, so delete this poste haste if I'm not. I've just decided on this community since there are a good number of very, very good Firefly writers who are a part of it.

I'm looking for a few writers to play Mal, Wash, Simon, Jayne, Inara, and Book in a new Firefly roleplay on livejournal. Send me an email at dancingdodo[at]gmail[dot]com or send an instant message to any of the screen names in my info for more information if you're interested. We already have a Kaylee, a River, and a Zoe, as well as someone possibly interested in playing one of the aforementioned available characters everyone but those two.

Talent really isn't an issue, it's more of a "if you commit to doing it, will you please be active" thing. If you say you're going to do someone I'll put you down and if I get more than one person for a character (which I doubt) it'll end up first come first serve.

I'm not as spazzy and uncoordinated as it seems through this post. My co-conspirator and I have a definite plan for this. We just need people.

The plots and everything else will be decided after we get the entire crew together and can talk about this through email, instant messenter, or whatever.

Interested in being who? The openings left are Wash, Simon, and Book. I just got an email from someone else (I assume it's someone else) so if you both ask for the same person it's first come first serve. Writing samples are not nesecairy at all, we're just looking for people so we can have fun.

Simon's yours. Uh... can you create a journal for him specific to this community and send an email to dancingdodo[at]gmail[dot]com with your email address and main LJ username so I can inform you when major things happen (we get a Wash and Book, we open the community and the OOC community, etc)?

Well, the communities are up. We've acquired a Wash and a Book and things are all happy goodness. The RP community is leakylittleboat and the OOC is leakylittle_ooc. Please join the first with your Simon account and the latter with your regular account, so things don't get confused.

We'd like to get started soon, since we have everyone, but we can't if we don't have Simon...
