Poor, poor Jayne! I imagine he'd be a terrible invalid -- he's so used to having a strong, well-trained body, he'll have no patience whatsoever with the recovery process. And those hints of possible brain damage have me biting my nails!
The bit with Kaylee knitting Jayne a scarf was both incredibly sweet and perfectly in character -- that's such a Kaylee thing to do! And Jayne's reaction was perfect!
