Series Title: Fifteen Weeks
Title: The Bear In Winter
Author:
turtle_goose
Prompt: 15 (Writer's Choice - I chose "Winter")
Pairing: Jayne/River
Rating: R
Summary: River begins her agreement with Jayne.
Warnings: This post contains suggestive adult content, but nothing graphic or explicit.
Disclaimer: Joss is Boss.
Author's Note: Unlike the prologue, these prompts are entirely 'Second-Person Narrative,' from River's point of view, I guess I could say. It just seemed they didn't want to be written any other way, and I enjoyed the chance to do something stylistically that I'd never really done before, as well as 'get inside' River's mind. And they're more vignettes than anything, and all run together to make up the whole of the 'Fifteen Weeks' agreement between Jayne and River, the full details of which will be revealed over time, probably in the form of interludes, which will be in the style of the prologue. :D
