Hi! First post here - and I feel bad that my first post isn't fic, but I'm coming a-begging. I'm writing my first Firefly fic and I'm looking for a beta reader. I've written a lot of stuff in the AtS/BtVS universes and I tend to find that my characterisation starts off fine and then just dies in the middle of the fic *g*
It's not finished yet, but I'm putting the call out now so that I don't have to spend ages looking when the fic is actually done! So...would anyone be willing to beta a longish (about 4,500 words atm) Wash/Kaylee fic? No smut (can't write that! :D).
I'm looking for someone who isn't scared to be harsh. And preferably someone who at least doesn't mind the idea of Wash/Kaylee, even if it's not something you actively 'ship!
When I say it's not done yet; I'm expecting to get this first draft finished in a day or two - definitely before the weekend.
So, any takers? *has probably scared everyone off by being so specific*
