o_faolain. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! - I usually don't do multi-chaptered fics for gifts, but this one kind of took on a life of it's own. And because it's for a gift I will be updating daily.
Summary: In the space of six hours, Inara's life and plans for the future are all turned on their head, leaving her alone and confused and so a certain merc steps in to help.
