FanFic Title: Concrete Angel
Chapter Title: 3. Sacrifice
Previous Chapters: The index table can be found here and will be updated with every post.
Author: [livejournal.com profile] luxuria_oceanus
Disclaimer: I don't own Firefly/Serenity or any characters in them, it all belongs to Joss. The only things I get out of it are wonderful readers and comments. Now, any OCs (Original Characters) belong to my twisted muse and her weird creations, no taking!
Rating: PG-13 (Violence, Dark)
Genre: Suspense/Drama/Thriller
Characters: Zoë, River, Jayne, Mal, Simon and Mischa (OFC).
Pairing: None in this chapter, but the fic will be Mal/River in the future (DU-UH!)
Word count: 1,813 (According to MW)
Time line: One year after Miranda.
FanFic Summary: River gets captured by the Alliance and forced into a coma that is more than what it seems. She's trapped inside a dream built by those who wish to turn her into a Weapon. Once the crew finally finds her, they realize that they don't have the means to wake her. Once Simon is faced with something he can't cure, the crew is forced to go into a coreworld for the third time in their adventure in order to find a specialist that might hold the key to River's condition. Will River be able to wake up? And when she does, who will greet our crew, the Girl or the Weapon?
Author's Note: Place your mouse over the Italic Chinese to get the English translations, dong ma? This fanfic was read and supervised by the lovely [livejournal.com profile] gwenfrewi72, and although she did not beta word for word, chapter for chapter, I proofread it too many times to count :) so I'm almost 99% sure it is mistake free, but hey, we're all human in the end!

Title: Silver Spoon (12/52)
Previous Prompts/Chapters: Can be found in my LJ's Index Table for the Fic
Author: [livejournal.com profile] luxuria_oceanus
Disclaimer: I don't own Firefly/Serenity or any characters in them, it all belongs to Joss. The only things I get out of it are wonderful readers and comments.
Rating: PG
Genre: A bit of humor?
Characters: Crew and Regan Tam (except Zoë and Inara)
Pairing: Mal/River (eventually), none here.
Word count: 1,233 (According to MW)
Time line: 3 months after the BDM
Summary: Regan fails as a cook, Jayne's stupid comments (at least, my horrible portrayal of them) and the subject of where Regan is going to stay is placed on the table.
Author's Note: My Jayne sucks, I belong in the Jayne hall of shame. Excuse me while I go hang my head. Oh, and this chapter was meant to make some way for the others, so not a lot goes on here, except dialogue... I think (head hurts). This piece is beta'd by the lovely [livejournal.com profile] gwenfrewi72 whom I love and adore, unquestionably, because she understands my muse more than I do. That seem right to you?

Link will lead you to my LJ - I'll have you know, Mr. Cobb, the only stink bomb on this ship is the one whose mouth keeps moving, but refuses to blow up.

Title: Restless
Author: mercsgoodgirl

Summary: A hot game of hoopball leads Jayne to fantasies of Kaylee and some solo action.
Disclaimer: All belong to Joss. They just come play in my head.
Paring: Jayne/Kaylee (sorta), Kaylee/Simon (sorta)
Warning: Adult language and content – smut alert!
Setting:
In my AU, shortly after The Train Job
Word count: 2,921

Author's Note: To comfort my sister-in-kink [personal profile] ladytalon1 as she stresses over her Medieval Art project. Mouse-over for Chinese. Feedback’s real shiny. Thanks!
